GMO AIR brought its humanoid robot "G1" to the entrance ceremony of Laurus International School, held on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

At the event, G1 delivered a welcome address in English at the start of the ceremony, and afterwards took part in a photo session as well as a simple Q&A and gesture performance. For the children, parents, and school staff in attendance, it was a chance to interact directly with a robot and experience the present — and the future — of robotics firsthand.

Through this dispatch, we hoped that the children, parents, and staff would have the chance to interact with a robot in person and feel even a small sense of what the future holds. Outreach activities like this are an important part of GMO AIR's mission.
